Online Demo

The following demo parses the text of a NDR (bounced email), and displays the following properties: ( More Info )

  • NDR Type
  • Bounced Email Address
  • NDR Help Message
  • NDR Sent TO
  • NDR Sent FROM
  • Message Originally Sent TO
  • Message Originally Sent FROM
  • Bounced Suspect Email Addresses

Enter the NDR (bounced message) Text Below

IMPORTANT: Be sure to include the RAW HEADERS of the bounced email, NOT JUST THE BODY of the email. If you don't include the raw headers, ListNanny cannot properly parse the NDR. As an example, you can view the raw text of an email here.

Outlook Express Users
If you are using Outlook Express, to view the complete message select the File | Properties menu command. On the Details tab, click Message Source. Highlight the complete message source and copy it to the demo.

Outlook Users
Unfortunately Outlook does not provide an easy way to veiw the raw text of an email message. However, here is a work around:
Open the bounced email in a message viewer. Select the View | Options menu command. Copy the Internet Headers into the demo textarea. Enter at least 1 blank line after the headers. Next, copy the body of bounced email, and paste the contents in the demo textarea, after the inserted blank lines.
